Aleksandra Zembron

Aleksandra Zembron is a dynamic and accomplished music educator, leader, and performer, currently serving as the Head of Music at IPS International School of Wroclaw in Poland. With over a decade of teaching and leadership experience in the UK and Europe, she is passionate about inspiring young musicians to reach their full potential both inside and outside the classroom.

Aleksandra holds a Master's Degree in Music from Bath Spa University, a PGCE in Secondary Music from Middlesex University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance and Production from the London Centre of Contemporary Music. Her versatile background includes extensive work as a vocal coach, choir director, session singer, and music technology specialist. 

Throughout her career, Aleksandra has led music departments at several prestigious institutions, including Wren Academy Enfield and Isaac Newton Academy in London. She has developed and implemented innovative curricula, mentored aspiring performers, directed large-scale musical productions, and facilitated award-winning extracurricular programs.

In addition to her teaching achievements, Aleksandra has performed at iconic venues such as the O2 Arena and Royal Albert Hall, and contributed to high-profile projects including international events and radio broadcasts. She is a certified examiner for the WJEC Eduqas Music GCSE and an advocate for inclusive and engaging music education. 

Aleksandra brings to the Keys to Success Music Competition a wealth of experience in performance, education, and leadership, and remains dedicated to nurturing musical excellence in the next generation of artists.
