Olha Yanushkevych – Pianist, Composer, Educator, and Adjudicator

Olha Yanushkevych is a celebrated multifaceted musician known for her artistry as a pianist, composer, adjudicator, and educator. With a repertoire exceeding 600 works spanning romances, youth anthems, a cappella pieces, spiritual compositions, instrumental melodies, and enchanting children’s musical fairy tales, Olha captivates audiences with her versatility and expressive musicality.

Her performances have graced stages across Ukraine and Washington State, including solo concerts and collaborations on multiple albums—five as a solo artist and four as a featured pianist. Olha has shared her expertise through masterclasses, presentations, and workshops at prestigious universities, music schools, and teacher associations, mentoring the next generation of musicians.

Olha’s excellence has been recognized with numerous honors, including the “For Service in Arts” Jubilee Medal commemorating Ukraine’s 30th Independence Anniversary (2021), the title of Honored Pop Artist of Ukraine (2020), and “Woman of the Year” in the Artist category (2018). Under her guidance, vocal groups and individual students have won prestigious national and international competitions, including the Grand Prix at the “Together for Holidays” Festival (2023) and top prizes at the “Stars Alley” Professional Competition.

An accomplished pianist, Olha combines advanced technique, improvisational skill, and expert sight-reading with a deep understanding of repertoire and musical styles. She excels at leading rehearsals, fostering productive collaborations, and cultivating talent in students of all levels.

Olha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from the State School of Education in Vinnytsia, Ukraine, along with certifications in Management, Administration, and Psychology from the Academy of Continuing Education. She continues to inspire through performance, composition, and education, shaping both audiences and aspiring musicians with her artistry and passion.
